Notes
-----
state_vectors_data4 is de-duplicated: a row is kept only where it differs
from its predecessor in some column other than `time`. The raw feed re-emits
the last known state every second.

Added columns on state_vectors_data4:
  time_utc ISO 8601 form of `time`
*_ft altitudes in feet alongside the metre values
  position_age_s   time - lastposupdate (always <= 10 s here)

Rows whose position was merely carried forward by the feed (age above that
threshold, typically with zero receivers) have been REMOVED. They are not
observations and plotting them draws an aircraft that was never there. The
count removed and the true last-contact time are in the table above.

Context
-------
OS82 (callsign AUA82) left Tel Aviv for Vienna and diverted to Sofia after the crew
reported a bomb threat. Nothing was found; the same aircraft flew the passengers on to
Vienna as AUA082 about five hours later. Both legs are in this extract.

The threat itself is not visible in ADS-B. What is visible is squawk 7700, the general
emergency code, and the diversion. Reports of a fighter escort are not something this
data can confirm either way.
